Les Gites:-
Chaque Gite (non-fumeur) est 70m2 avec chauffage, des chambres (1 x double/twin et 1 x triple avec un grand lit et un petit lit). La cuisine est équippée avec lave vaisselle,
micro-ondes, frigo-congélateur et four. Il y a un coin pour manger aussi qu'un salon avec canapé lit, télévision, vidéo (possibilité d'avoir des vidéos en location), hi-fi, une
salle douche et les WC.

Cunlhat est à 20 minutes en voiture de la ville d'Ambert qui date du moyen âge et Clermont Ferrand, la capitale régionale est à une heure, comme aussi Thiers, Issoire et Vichy.

What is a GITE?

Gites are typically self-catering cottages, houses or apartments with one or more bedrooms, a lounge-diner, kitchen, and bathroom and toilet facilities and are situated in the country-side, villages or the coast. They are let on a weekly basis.

At Gites de La Vironne you will find three well equipped apartments all of which are no smoking located in the countryside on the edge of the pretty village of Cunlhat situated in the Auvergne where you can experience ‘real’ France.
The village of Cunlhat has all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities including a lake.

The spacious gites are all heated and are attached to the owners’ house, each sleeps 6 / 7 people and have the use of a large swimming pool (5m X 12m) which is cleaned regularly to ensure that it is always tempting and refreshing, the area is enclosed with natural habitat and fencing with a self-closing gate for security. There is an adjoining summer kitchen and sheltered terrace, along with sun loungers and patio furniture with umbrellas for shade from the sun around the pool.

The meadow to the rear of the property and the gardens, with volleyball / badminton, boules, table tennis and children’s play area are for you to enjoy at your leisure.

There are washing machines available on site (for which there is a small charge).

Bed linen and towels are provided although guests are asked to bring their own pool towels.

There are highchairs and cots available on request as well as a lightweight buggy.
